數個月前,也看了一場Ted Talks,是由Sugata Mitra主講的【Hole in the wall】,也是印象深刻,再次由網路資訊得知,Mitra獲得Robinson頒發2013 TED Prize。【http://tedxtaipei.com/2013/03/2013-ted-prize-sugata-mitra/】
- People are born with difference, curiosity and creativity.
- Education is to teach how to learn not just to teach knowledge.
- You don’t command or control but do create the environment to grow for students and teachers.
- Every place in the world or every student can be flourished to grow, to create and to learn, if the right environment can be provided.
- Who can give the environment? A great leader can, a right teacher will and we should all do our best to do education in the right direction toward building the environment for students and teachers.
- Punishment and exams are the threats to the pleasure of learning and probably the killers for curiosity and creativity.
- Curiosity is the best motivation for learning.

- 不在【為評鑑而評鑑】,在於【為改進而評鑑】
- 不僅是【亮點】,而且是【永續機制】
- 不只是【KPI】,重點在推動促進KPI的【策略與行動方案】
